Collaborative Music Education for the Next Generation
The Programme
Shaping the Next Generation of Musicians
Future Sound is our vibrant high-quality music education programme delivered to 11-16 year olds in partnership with secondary schools in the North West and London. The programme’s design is collaborative, reflective and highly responsive. Activities are co-designed with young people, teachers and workshop leaders, and are adapted in real time to reflect the abilities, interests and creative ambitions of each group.
Through jazz-inspired assemblies, workshops and creative experiences, professional musicians share their journeys, challenge perceptions of who the music industry is for, and model what is possible beyond traditional, privileged routes.
