Jools Holland OBE, DL, is an English pianist, bandleader, singer, composer and broadcaster. An original member of Squeeze, in 1987 he formed with Gilson Lavis The Jools Holland Big Band. This has gradually grown into his 18 piece Rhythm & Blues Orchestra, with which he regularly records and tours. He has released 24 studio albums to date and has collaborated with some of the biggest international stars. He is the host of the BBC TWO music TV show Later… with Jools Holland, which is celebrating its 30th year.
